CANCELLATION

CANCELLATIONS
We require a MINIMUM of 24 Hours notice to cancel an appointment.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
After the SECOND Cancellation with less than 24-hour notice OR No-Show, you will be required to provide a credit card for your guest account in order to schedule any future appointments.
Subsequent No-Shows or Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a Cancellation Fee of 50% of all scheduled services.
LATE ARRIVALS
We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If a guest is 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment to another date.
